		<description><![CDATA[Two, one-day workshops, a month apart for counsellors holding a Diploma plus one year of post-qualification experience. Students will be required to carry out an assessment between workshops, for which they will receive supervision during the course.

<h2>Students will be required to carry out an assessment between workshops, for which they will receive supervision during the course.</h2>

<h2>Penny Spearman</h2>
<p>Having supervised client assessors for 7 years, Penny draws on 40 years of experience as an assessor and lecturer in social work, as deputy head of counselling at WPF and as a therapist in mental health.</p>
<h2>Jan Irwin</h2>
<p>Jan is a BACP Accredited Counsellor and qualified Supervisor. Having worked as an assessor for a number of years, Jan is Counselling Manager, including the Assessment Team, at Chichester Counselling Services. She also works in private practice, including work with EAP&#8217;s</p>
