Interviewing now for January 2012 start, to complete over 2 terms, ending July. Can be taken as a stand-alone qualification or the first of 3 years for a Diploma.
CCS’s diploma is a two or three-year, part time, BACP-accredited training course for aspiring professional counsellors. Selection is by interview, either through CCS’s Certificate in Psychodynamic Theory and Skills, or, for those with suitable prior training, by Direct Entry to Module 2.
The decision to train as a counsellor and on which course is a very important one which needs careful deliberation.

Aims: CCS’ Couple Counselling training aims to develop students in four areas: Skills, Theory, Ethical considerations & Reflexive practice.
Content: An integration of psychodynamic understanding with systemic intervention covering: Communication, Management of conflict, Couple fit, Separation, Divorce & Sexual relationships.
